Dr. Ned Walker
LEAD DENTIST
After graduating from University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Walker headed to Denver, Colorado to work as an associate for several dental offices and later became the co-owner of Carbondale Family Dentil with Dr. Brad Nicholson.
Dr. Walker’s skills progressed working with such an esteemed mentor and he had a great relationship with the patients and staff. While in Carbondale he met his future wife, Errin and they married in 2009. After ten successful years, Dr. Walker had an opportunity to end the partnership with Dr. Nicholson.
He and his wife decided to travel around the States. They worked in Oregon for the Klamath Tribes, spent some time in Alaska, and then headed to Washington to work for the Makah Tribe.
After four years of many wonderful adventures, Dr. Walker decided he was ready to return ‘home’ to Colorado, his favorite state and where he has spent the greatest number of years of his life so far.
Dr. Walker visited many communities and practices and found that Cortez, Colorado offered a great place to live and a lifetime of adventures. Dr. Walker took over patient care from Dr. Patana, and then later also from Dr. Carlson at Cortez Family Dentistry and has become a permanent resident in the delightful community of Cortez in the four corners area in late 2014.
He is pleased to be a part of the Cortez Family Dentistry family and is looking forward to working with patients in the area.
