COVID-19 Precautions

Our position to help reduce impacts on the community and our office, staff and patients from the Corona Virus includes:

Recommendations for everyone:

  • Practice proper cough etiquette.  Cough into your arm not into your hands.
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
  • Maintain social distancing.  Maintain at least 2 meters or 5 feet from others.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Please stay at home or seek medical care if you are experiencing any symptoms that may include: fever, coughing, fatigue, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19, stay home and self-quarantine. 
  • Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms.
  • Stay at home if you have travelled to any of the highly affected areas in the last 14 days.
  • Stay informed.  Pay attention to Federal, State and local level updates and recommendations.

  • Refrain from attending events that consist of 50 or more people.

Recommendations for patients:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please check in and wash your hands.
  • You are welcome to wait in your vehicle if you arrive early for your appointment.  One of our staff members can come to your vehicle to let you know your provider is available or call you on your cell phone.

Recommendations for staff:

  • Please stay at home if you are experiencing any symptoms that may include: fever, coughing, fatigue
  • Use single use masks appropriately.  Use them once, put hand sanitizer on your gloves to remove the mask, remove the mask with your gloves. 
  • Monitor inventory for gloves and masks.
  • Eye protection is recommended. 
  • Screen patients when doing confirmation calls for appointments.
  • Set up for the schedule so there is extra time for thorough cleaning of operatories between patients. 
  • Staff members are welcome to self-quarantine if they wish to stay home and not come to the office.
